ROCKINGHAM — Carl Wesley Williams Sr., 68, of Rockingham, passed away on April 4, 2023.
He was born on April 9, 1954, a son of the late Billy Marlin Williams and Dorothy Rose Phillips Williams.
Wesley loved the Lord and was a minister of the Church of Christ for 35 years. He loved his family and loved to golf.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Susie Williams; and his wife, Cynthia Williams.
Surviving are his children, Chasidy Williams (Kyle Bailey), Carl Wesley Williams Jr., Casey Edward Williams (Maggie); grandchildren, Chasen Tyler Williams, Madison Rose Ingram, Meagan Sophia Williams; and other family members.
A Celebration of Life service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Boyd Lake Road Church of Christ with Minister Casey Edward Williams officiating. The family will greet relatives and friends following the service.
