Catherine Chavis Cribb, 58, of Hoffman, passed away suddenly Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024.
Catherine is a daughter of Darice Poplin and Charles Burdette. Catherine was born Oct. 17, 1965, in Frederick, Maryland.
Catherine was a loving woman who cherished her family. Catherine loved her dogs and all types of animals. She loved listening to old music, Elvis Presley and Conway Twitty. She loved traveling to the beach and spending time with her family.
Catherine is preceded in death by stepfather, Edward Poplin; Uncle Wilbert Morgan, James Morgan, Catherine Morgan, John Morgan Sr. and Aunt Dianna Marshburn.
Catherine is survived by husband Sammy Cribb, of the home; a son, Roger Staub; a sister, Teresa Boswell; her mother, Darice Poplin; grandchildren, Dakota Staub, Nevaeh Staub, Coty Staub, Breanna Register, Tarren Doty and Aubrey Driggers. Catherine leaves behind many who will truly miss her.
Memorial services will be determined at a later date.
