OBITUARY: Frankie Shankle

Frankie Shankle, 79, of Rockingham, passed away Monday, Aug. 19, 2024 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst.

He was born April 12, 1945, in Portland, Oregon, son of the late Albert Eli Shankle and Catherine Brooms Shankle.
