ELLERBE — Odessa Mae Brigman Treece, 90, of Ellerbe, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021 at FirstHealth Hospice House.
She was born on May 5, 1930 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late Alexander and Magalina Rainwater Brigman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Everette Treece Sr.; daughters, Carol Sue Platt, Cathy Treece Butler; son, James Everette Treece Jr.; and son-in-law, Charles Edward Butler.
Surviving are her son, Michael Anthony Treece; grandchildren, Tina Treece Knight, Brandie Butler Price (Brooks), Holly Kinlaw, Ashley Welch, Jennifer Knight; great-grandchildren, Erin Voorhes, Maggie Mabe, Amanda Rose, Austin Price, Christopher Voorhees, Olivia Price, Hailee Wilkerson; great-great-grandchildren, Kiya Rose, Noah Green, Maddie Rose; and a sister, Naomi Peele.
Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021 at Ellerbe Town Cemetery.
The family will be at the home on Saturday from 5–7 p.m.
