ROCKINGHAM — A man is facing a charge of indecent exposure after allegedly urinating at a gas pump.

Mike Deva Jasper, 60, is accused of exposing himself in front of two women at the Shell Station on U.S. 220 on Aug. 7.

Courtney Lesene, one of the two women named in the warrant and who is listed as the complainant, posted a video to Facebook after the alleged incident.

“Yo, you need to put that up, they got a bathroom, bro,” the woman recording the video says to Jasper as he appears to be urinating near the gas pump. “Put that sh-t up, put that sh-t up.”

Jasper replies but what he says is unintelligible in the 7 second video.

As of 2 a.m. Aug. 10, the video had more than 175,000 views.

Jasper was arrested Aug. 9 and booked into the Richmond County Jail on a $10,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 5.

Jasper is the second local man within two weeks to be charged with indecent exposure.

Jimmy Dean Cox, 63, is accused of defecating in front of a Rockingham nail salon on July 28. He was arrested Aug. 2 and was still being held on a $10,000 secured bond early on Aug. 10.

Jail records show Jasper is also being held on a $5,000 secured bond for assault on a female. As of 2 a.m. Aug. 10, there was no warrant for any such case posted online with the N.C. Courts System.

However, records show Jasper has pending traffic citations in Stanly County, and is listed as the victim in a misdemeanor larceny case from July 25.

Records with the N.C. Department of Adult Correction show Jasper was convicted on two counts of felony larceny in 1990.

In 1993, Jasper was convicted of misdemeanor larceny, driving while license revoked, unauthorized use of motor conveyance and a vehicle registration violation.

Other prior convictions include:

1996 - misdemeanor larceny, carrying a concealed weapon (Scotland County); driving while impaired (Montgomery County)

1997 - assault on an officer or state employee, misdemeanor larceny (Scotland County); carrying a concealed weapon, giving false information to a law enforcement officer, driving while license revoked (Richmond County)

2001 - possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of driving while license revoked (Richmond County)
