ROCKINGHAM — The only two-season athletic program at Richmond Senior High School, the cheerleading team, joined in Monday’s celebrations.
As part of senior night for the Richmond boys’ and girls’ basketball teams, the Raider cheerleaders held their second senior night of the school year.
In November, the cheerleading team also held a fall senior night ahead of Richmond’s game against Scotland High School.
Between varsity games against Southern Lee High School Monday, the six Raider cheerleading seniors were recognized — Nevaeh Harris, Riley Howell, Trinity Lockhart, Mattie Moss, Addison O’Neal and Bailey Rheault.
Escorted by family members, each cheerleader was presented with a flower from head coach Candice Nolan.
