MARSTON — Utility crews are working to clear lines off of U.S. 1 following a single-vehicle wreck.

According to the N.C. State Highway Patrol, a tractor-trailer heading toward Rockingham ran off the highway to the right, between Cognac and Fox roads, collided with a utility pole and overturned.

The rig was the only vehicle involved and the driver sustained minor injuries, troopers say.

Spectrum and Pee Dee Electric are working to clear the power and internet lines from the road, according to troopers.
