ROCKINGHAM — Miriam Gayle Bradley Mabe, 76, of Rockingham, passed away Monday, Aug. 19, 2019 at The Hermitage in Rockingham.
Mrs. Mabe was born Dec. 16, 1942 in Polk County, a daughter of the late Frank B. Bradley and Virle Roach McNeill. She was a graduate of Sandhills Community College, a CNA I & II, a cosmetologist and a farmer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Swanson Mabe; daughter, Marion Mabe McCall; and sister, Elizabeth Angelia McNeill.
Surviving are her sons, Bobby Mabe of Ellerbe, Bradley Mabe of Ellerbe and Brent Mabe of Rockingham; grandchildren, Kelsey Mabe, Carrington Robson, Logan Mabe, Trent Mabe, Kymberly Simmons, A.J. Jones, and Zachary McCall; great-grandchildren, Mason Rivers and Karter Bowman; brother, Bill Bradley of Virginia, and sister, Shelia Stroud of Kinston.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Ellerbe Cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 12:45–1:45 p.m. Friday at Carter Funeral Home in Ellerbe.
