American Woodmark donates $1,500 to Hamlet Depot

HAMLET — On behalf of the Hamlet Depot & Museums, Angie Averitte, secretary of the HD&M Board, and Mechelle Preslar, museum director, accepted a check for $1,500 from the American Woodmark Foundation.

Bob Young, director of operations at the Hamlet Plant, and Lydia Jones, quality lead person and member of the American Woodmark Foundation, presented the check to the Hamlet Historic Depot, Inc. to make renovations to the Depot Gift Shop.
