HAMLET – The Charlotte Symphony will be bringing an ear-tickling performance entitled “Hooray for Hollywood” to the Cole Auditorium on Friday, Nov. 3, at 7:30 p.m.

The performance will bring to life legendary music scores from popular movies for the ultimate “surround-sound” experience. Music is drawn from movies such as “The Wizard of Oz,” “E.T.,” “Harry Potter and The Sorcerer’s Stone” and “Jaws.”

“We request that the symphony provide us with a program of music that is familiar to our residents, and they have done just that!” said Joey Bennett, director of the Cole Auditorium. “This one-hour performance is a great opportunity to expose children to symphony music and live concerts.”
