DOBBINS HEIGHTS – FEMA will have Disaster Survival Assistance team members available to assist citizens with applying for FEMA programs. These representatives will be available November 1st and 2nd from 1:00 PM until 8 PM. They will be located at the Dobbins Heights Community Center at 222 Earle Franklin Drive.
