ROCKINGHAM — James Roscoe Martin, 80, of Rockingham, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2020 at his home.
Mr. Martin was born April 1, 1940 in Richmond County, a son of the late Henry Woodrow Martin and Dorothy Faye Brogden Martin Calber.
He had worked as a painter and construction worker.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Tony Martin; and a brother, Henry W. Martin Jr.
Surviving are his children, Sandra Leviner, Rachel Perhealth and Kenneth Martin; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Roy Martin.
