ROCKINGHAM — Mr. James E. Wall, 91, of Rockingham, passed Sunday, Aug. 16, 2020 at Hamlet House Assisted Living, Hamlet.
A memorial service for Mr. Wall will be Sunday, Aug. 23, 2020 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel at Nelson Funeral Home, Rockingham.
