HAMLET — Mary Mulholland Rembert, 81, of Hamlet, passed away Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021 at her residence.
She was born March 10, 1940 in Butte, Montana, daughter of Richard Thomas Mulholland and Eunice Mulholland Banfield.
Mary was a registered nurse, most recently working at St. James Hospital, Butte, Montana. She was a member of Community Church of Rockingham and Blackwelder Baptist in Kannapolis. She enjoyed her volunteer work at the Habitat Restore and volunteered at FirstHealth Richmond Memorial at the front desk.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Terry Mulholland; and sisters, Margaret Hudson and Deanna Fisher.
Survivors include her sons, Lorin Rembert of the home, Darren Mulholland of Troutman and Bryan Mulholland of Potomac, Maryland; brothers, Richard Mulholland of Tacoma, Washington, and John Mulholland of Butte, Montana; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A service will be announced later by the family.
