Sharon Stewart Kilian, 64, of Rockingham, passed away Sunday, Dec. 31, 2023 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst, after a brief illness.
She was born Jan. 1, 1959 in Richmond County, daughter of Elizabeth Cribb Stewart and the late Kenneth Bert Stewart Sr.
Sharon loved her family — her husband, daughter and grandchildren. Her daughter and grandchildren were her everything.
Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Kenny Stewart.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Randall Kilian of the home; daughter, Mandy Motley (Greg) of Hamlet; her mother, Elizabeth Cribb Stewart of Hamlet; grandchildren, Cameron Herring and Brendan Motley; brothers, David Stewart (Pam) of Rockingham and Mitchell Stewart (Tammy) of Hamlet; and sisters, Elaine Mabe (Gerald) of Hamlet and Nancy Wynn of Southern Pines.
A private memorial service will be held by the family on Thursday, Jan. 4, 2024 at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Harrington Funeral Home with Gerald Mabe officiating.
