CHARLOTTE — William “Bill” Keith Eubanks, 53, of Charlotte, formerly of Rockingham, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2019 at Atrium Health Mercy Hospital, Charlotte.
He was born in Richmond County Jan. 12, 1966, son of Jean Lee Eubanks.
Bill was a professional makeup artist for the entertainment industry and did amazing work.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, Sept. 13, 2019 at Harrington Funeral Home at 4 p.m.
He was preceded in death by his mother on Aug. 26, 2019.
He is survived by his aunt, Lucy Herring of Concord; half-brother, Danny Eubanks of Rockingham; special friend, Heath Jarrell; six cousins; and many friends.
