Caviness “Cavin” Banks Foushee III, 52, of Rockingham, passed away Aug. 23, 2023.
He is survived by his fiancé, Yadira “Yada” Maldonado Crespo; his son, Triston Banks Foushee; his daughter, Alexis Dawn Foushee; parents, Caviness Banks Foushee Jr. and Elaine Johnson Foushee; brother-in-law Gavin Day and sister Tracy Foushee Day; nephew Harrison Joseph Day; and niece Caroline Banks Day.
Cavin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Caviness Banks Foushee Sr. and Helen Pierce Foushee; Raymond Clayton Johnson and Sue Phillps Johnson.
Cavin graduated from Richmond Sr. High 1989 and Richmond Community College 1992.
Family will be receiving family and friends for a celebration of life at the Rockingham VFW Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023 from 2-4 p.m., 106 Old River Road, Rockingham.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Cavin’s name to National Alliance on Mental Illness “NAMI,” P.O. Box 4823, Pinehurst, NC 28374.
