CORDOVA — Pearl Grant, 90, of Cordova, passed away Saturday, Oct. 8, 2022 at Richmond Co. Hospice Haven surrounded by her family.
She was born Jan. 25, 1932 in Richmond County a daughter of the late A.L. and Ollie Greene Leonhardt.
Pearl was a loyal and faithful member Highland Acres Church of God /Abundant Life Church since 1943, serving in many capabilities. She was the owner and operator Pearl’s Beauty Salon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Grant; a son, Ralph Grant; and a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Grant.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Abundant Life Church with Pastor Joe Wilkes, Pastor Tim Campbell and Pastor Ray Greene officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Surviving are her children, Mitchell Grant (Felecia) and Tina Jacobs (Tim); grandchildren, Ralph Grant (Pam), Earl Grant (Terri), Brian Grant, Blaine Grant (Mandi), Mandy Outen (Tom), Cameron Grant (Amanda), Hunter Grant (Emily), Garrett Jacobs (Hanna) and Sarah Jacobs(Sean); great-grandchildren, Lauren Pruitte (Daniel), Casey Martin (Garrett), Weston Outen, Gavin Grant, Jayden Grant, Shana Grant, Brooke Grant, Abigail Grant, Colton Grant, Hailey Grant, Averie Grant, Josie Grant and Harlow Kent.
The family will receive friends from noon-1:45 p.m. at the church prior to the service at the church.
