ROCKINGHAM — William Todd Wallace Jr., 32, of Rockingham, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.
Todd was born April 3, 1990 in Scotland County, son of William Todd Wallace and the late Tammy Smith Lambert.
Todd had worked as a caddie and in the pro shop at the Pinehurst Resort and also in maintenance at South Carolina State Park. He loved his family, nieces, his four-wheeler and fishing.
Surviving, in addition to his father, are his sister, Belle Smith (Michelle Wallace); grandparents, Clyde and Sylvia Smith; nieces, Alexis Treadaway and Canvas Campbell; uncle, Clyde Smith Jr. and aunts, Robin Vaughn and Melinda Bowersock.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, 2022 in the Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Rockingham with the Rev. Mark Richardson and the Rev. Alex Perakis officiating. Interment will follow in Northam Cemetery.
The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and at other times at his grandparents’ home.
