HAMLET — Teresa Kay Allen, 64, of Hamlet, passed away Monday, Nov. 30, 2020 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital-Richmond.
She was born April 15, 1956 in Richmond County, daughter of Roy Allen and Dorothy Driggers Allen.
Teresa worked previously in various retail stores. She loved her children and especially her grandchildren. She was always the “Mama Bear” to her family. Her desire was to one day visit Graceland as she was a huge Elvis fan.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors are her sons, Thomas Snead of St. Petersburg, Virginia and Tristan Visingard of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; brother, Dennis Allen (Billie Gail) of Rockingham; sister, Gail Allen Saunders of Hamlet; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at a later date to be determined by the family.
